New Arrival At Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro

Time is precious, and in our busy lives, it is important for us to take the time to reconnect with family. And what better way to reconnect  than to go on a holiday and make special memories together? The Elewana Collection offers a number of activities that provide guests with the perfect opportunity to spend time together as a family while experiencing nature up close.

Take horseback riding at Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro in Tanzania for example. Go horseback riding as a family and enjoy the stunning scenery, either around the property or in the surrounding areas of the famous Ngorongoro conservation area. You don’t have to be a skilled equestrian to participate as The Manor is blessed with excellent stables filled with a number of horses and ponies suited for all ages and levels of equitation skill! The Manor is also blessed with two experienced grooms, who have worked with the horses for eight years tending to all of their needs.

And we have wonderful news! Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro has welcomed a new addition to the stables: a beautiful little Southern Ethiopian pony named Half Moon. She is five years old and has a great temperament with little children!

Half Moon

The Manor provides the perfect environment to relax and take in the outstanding natural beauty of its gardens and the coffee-bush laden hills. Step back in time to an age of grandeur. The Manor is reminiscent of an elegant up-country farm home in the Cape Dutch-style of architecture with its 9 luxurious cottages (18 suites), family cottage, and magnificent main Manor House. It is one of the first safari lodges of its kind to blend East African hospitality with old-world Afro-European architecture and décor.
