The Estate Yountville Announces the Debut of Vintage House, Napa Valley’s Newest Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

Vintage House (formerly Vintage Inn) is the first property to undergo its major transformation and rebranding at The Estate Yountville and while guestrooms are fully remodeled now, the hotel will officially launch in October 2017. The hotel is currently welcoming guests to enjoy its brand new beautiful, fully redesigned guestrooms while it puts the final touches on a luxurious new pool area and lobby experience. The Estate will define a new luxe playground for guests to enjoy as they make lifelong memories while visiting this private enclave.

Located on 22 acres of some of the most prized real estate in Napa Valley, the property is nearing completion of the first phase of the re-imagining of what was formerly known as The Vintage Estate, which includes Vintage House, Villagio Inn & Spa and V Marketplace.  The evolution of these beloved, and award-winning properties marks one of the most ambitious renovation projects to take place in the area.  Thayer Lodging/Brookfield Properties has assembled several of the world’s most sought-after designers, architects and talent to bring the new luxury vision to life.  The Estate has teamed up with SB Architects – a firm with a worldwide reputation for its site-sensitive, authentic, experiential approach to hotels and resorts. Interior design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates is also collaborating to create inspired-design experiences that evoke a distinct sense of place.  In keeping with the character of Yountville and its surroundings, the stylish design captures a unique fusion of agrarian roots and expressive sophistication.

“Yountville is such an exceptional place in the heart of the Napa Valley and we are honored to be able to further enhance the legacy of this extraordinary property. The natural beauty of the area and its world-renowned wineries, combined with walkable access to Washington Street’s famous restaurants make this a destination rivaling the best in the world,” says Steve Davino, General Manager.

Surrounded by lush vineyards and calming water features, Vintage House and its public spaces flawlessly blend Napa Valley’s warm culture with a modern and relaxing vibe. Vintage House is perfect for guests looking for a more intimate and exclusive experience. Guests will feel right at home from the moment they are greeted at the entrance, which leads into a heartfelt, and inviting check-in experience, set in the Great Room — reminiscent of a sophisticated and contemporary Wine Country residence with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, tufted velvet furniture in a palette of grays and purples and a romantic wrought-iron and crystal chandelier at the focal point. Here, guests will be invited to unwind over a glass of wine, locally made microbrew or hand-crafted cocktail before being shown to their guestroom or suite. Careful attention has been paid to every detail to create the most seamless, luxury guest experience that will resonate with today’s most discerning travelers.

Guestrooms incorporate natural elements and materials reflective of the beauty of the surrounding region. The artwork hung above the king-sized bed is evocative of the region and ties into the notion of taking the time to connect and make lifelong memories while visiting. The design palate invokes a sense of memory and place, and features include sumptuous luxe bedding, oversized wood-burning fireplaces, private balconies or patios, sophisticated living room-style furniture, extra-large bathrooms oversized double showers, and natural ESPA bath amenities.  All visits are inclusive of complimentary amenities such as a daily Wine Country continental breakfast, daily turndown service, Wi-Fi, parking and more.

All of the public spaces at Vintage House, have been redesigned to offer guests fantastic vantage points to relax in. A variety of fresh offerings and select programming are designed with today’s boutique luxury traveler in mind. Guests at Vintage House are invited to unwind in a stylish private cabana at the newly redesigned pool and can also take advantage of the newly redesigned spa at Spa Villagio where they will receive special recognition and personalized treatments.
