On February 15, 2019, Ecco at St. Moritz is thrilled to welcome guest chef, Grégoire Berger, from Ossiano Restaurant at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. Gregoire, the current Chef de Cuisine at the Ossiano restaurant, has led an outstanding and diverse career, including roles at several acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in France and a number of large luxury resorts around the world. He will join Ecco’s all-star team of chefs for a night of culinary excellence!
The Ecco All-Stars Offer Includes:
• Starting at 6:30 pm – Aperitifs at the Hide & Seek Bar
• Starting at 7:30 pm – Dinner at Ecco St. Moritz
• CHF 260 – Six-course menu, three courses by Rolf Fliegauf and three courses by Grégoire Berger, including aperitif and appetizer.
