Set in the heart of Napa Valley, the charming town of Yountville is now home to a lush 22-acre walkable, connected campus of hotels, vintners, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This is the Estate, where guests are invited to a grand exploration – a village within a village, where laid-back country cool meets sophisticated and social, with a generous outpouring of warm hospitality and impeccable service.

Within the village, well-heeled travelers are drawn to two distinct properties, each telling the story of Napa in its own brilliant way: Hotel Villagio, opening in March 2018, will be contemporary and coolly cosmopolitan – sinfully good and very social; and Vintage House, a serene and stylish vino-cultured sanctuary with 80 bungalow-inspired accommodations. Guests of both hotels have access to the Estate’s many offerings, including the peaceful Espa, the award-winning Chef Michael Chiarello’s Bottega restaurant (and soon-to-open bier garden and Italian food forum, Ottimo) and the diverse Marketplace, full of shops, wineries and art galleries.

Here in the center of Yountville, The Estate is the center of the community.

The sultry and contemporary Hotel Villagio is infused with a sinfully enticing spirit among the stunning 112 guest rooms and suites. Each striking accommodation is awash in natural materials, streamlined fireplaces, breathtaking bathrooms and sun-soaked terraces – a luscious haven when it’s time to unwind, yet just as close as one wants to be when it’s time to explore The Estate.

Visitors to Hotel Villagio have complete access to The Estate’s wide-ranging amenities. Designed to enchant, this stylish new town centerpiece is wonderfully walkable, leading guests to world-class shopping, art galleries, celebrity chef-prepped dinners, buzzy bars, a peaceful spa and sun-dappled pool areas. Moments are precious here… both getting lost in the moment and making the most of it, as you drink in the easy air of wine country.

Basking by the pool, sipping local vintages, indulging in enough celeb-chef dining to make this a top foodophile destination, slipping away to the Espa, grabbing one’s market tote to explore shops and galleries — these are the myriad ways one may spend a day at The Estate. Meant for leisurely strolling, this village within a village flanks Yountville’s Main Street, and exudes a lush-meets-luxe aura. Thomas Keller’s culinary garden sits at one end of the property, while a private vineyard flanks the other end. Poolside scenes at both Hotel Villagio and Vintage House boast outdoor cabanas and chaises, sexy soundtracks and a lively social scene. Room keys offer access to both pool decks, where libations are graciously served to one’s lounger.

With a nod to its agrarian roots, The Estate is committed to indulging guests with the finest local food and wine. The campus is home to award-winning Chef Michael Chiarello’s restaurant, Bottega, where guests are treated to the best of Italy and Napa Valley and will welcome his lively bier garden and Italian food forum, Ottimo, in 2018. The Estate also counts the town’s line-up of Michelin-starred chef restaurants as neighbors, as well as A.V.A. vineyards, right in its backyard. With the addition of The Estate to Yountville, the town’s status as the de facto home of the Napa dining scene is assured.
