It’s official. The JG Black Book team has finally settled into our new SoHo office! Now, we’re not only in the center of a vibrant shopping hub, but also just a few minutes away from a number of beautiful cafes, eateries, and of course, gelato shops (just one of the perks of being so very close to Nolita!) We’ve officially unpacked our last box and plugged in our last telephone. We’re ready.
In contrast to the hustle and bustle of our new neighborhood, the office space itself is tidy, simple, and chic. Our exposed brick wall extends from one end of the office to the other–a warm and lovely touch to an otherwise modern and minimalistic design.
As Communications & Branding team member Jide says, “It’s nice to have an open office that feels chic, comfortable, and collaborative. And how can we not love (or hate) all the great shopping in Soho!”
In addition to the beautiful open space, the perimeter of the office consists of five closed-door conference rooms, with ceilings decorated with unique and modern lighting.
“My favorite part – besides the brick of course – is all of the beautiful images. It’s so inspiring to see such talent displayed so prominently. The space just feels more creative,” says Cathy, VP of Communications & Branding. The office’s walls are covered with beautiful photographs by Epic Road founder Mark Lakin. CEO Jena Gardner says, “These masterpieces are stunning. They are a reminder to us that travel is what we love, what we do, and what we believe in.”
We invite you to stop by and visit soon!
