It’s five o’clock somewhere!
We’re excited to get the weekend going and even more excited to share this Balinese inspired cocktail from The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Ubud.
One of a kind, this fiery creative concoction consists of in-house infused Vodka with authentic Roselle (better known as Hibiscus) that comes from Mount Agung, Bali, combined with Roselle syrup, lime juice and a special ingredient with just enough chili to spice up your weekend! Taste the refreshing sweet, sour and spicy flavors from this genuinely tropical highland cocktail.
1 1/2 ounce of Roselle Vodka
1 ounce of Roselle syrup
1/2 ounce of lime juice
1 tablespoon of Julienne Chili
1 tablespoon of Julienne Lemon Peel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and pour into a salt frosted rim, rock glass.
