Activities

Singita Grumeti is located in the Serengeti, a vast, diverse habitat where lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, zebras, gazelles and monkeys, to name a few, roam free. Private game drives provide myriad opportunities for viewing wildlife and the annual great migration. Guests can also explore on horseback, cantering across the wide open plains on a riding safari. Dining

An open fire. A mess tent. A chef skilled in the art of preparing gourmet meals in the bush. Dining on a Singita Explore excursion is deliciously exotic. Philanthropy

Singita Grumeti plays an active role in conserving wildlife in the Serengeti. Environmental education is a necessity to help Tanzania address the effects of climate change and the destruction of biodiversity. The Environmental Education Centre was opened to educate school children on the benefits of preserving wildlife and the natural environment. Singita Grumeti has also created programs to support the local community, establishing a number of sustainable agricultural projects. In addition, the Grumeti Fund Scholarship provides educational opportunities to disadvantaged individuals in neighboring communities.
